Six ans après le UIGEA, ou Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act de 2006, le statut du poker en ligne n'est pas encore clair aux États-Unis. On sait qu'il est présentement interdit (quelques membres de nos forums qui ont voulu défié les lois l'ont appris à leur dépend), mais rien n'est encore fermé et les possibilités d'une légalisation future sont là.
